Two years ago I reviewed Joe's with 4 stars. TODAY I am giving them 5 Stars! Again, as always, the food was delicious. (Cheese pizza and curly fries, cheesesteak on their fantastic bread and waffle fries *that's only half the order, I'd already eaten half*, and the kid's chicken tender basket) Service was very friendly and wait time was surprisingly quick considering how very busy they were. We were pretty needy customers (three teens, a pre-teen, and three tired mom's) but they were right on the ball. Also, my daughter dropped her cheeseburger on the floor and was so upset with herself but, the sweetheart of a gentleman replaced it quickly and with no charge. Very much appreciated! Will always come back here!

Joe's east end has the best wings. Especially when you get them to go. They are always hot, saucy, and most importantly crispy! I've never had any other experience there, and we go there A Lot. The rest of the food there is delicious as well. And the girl at the counter is always friendly and helpful.

Great food! Staff is always friendly. The only problem I have is getting through to place an order over the phone during dinner time. Lots of busy tones. I do eventually get through though. I believe they have two or three lines but I still end up needing to redial. But let's not turn our heads to why this happens...It's because this place is one of the best around! So really, no real complaints.

Oct 5, 2025 update: We stopped for lunch today. The food was great. The service even better. The woman behind the counter was friendly and extremely efficient and kept her cool all the while handling multiple customers in front of her and on the phone. It's refreshing to see such good customer service. And it was nice to see the other staff chip in and help her when it got really crazy. Great teamwork. Stopped for a pizza and a salad on our way back home. Everything was very good, and service was super fast. 4 stars for food, because it's very good, but not 5 star.

Everything I have ever had here has been very good. It does seem the meat has changed for the cheesesteaks and was not as flavorful this past order. They are so very busy and work so hard to keep everybody happy. I suggest you call your order in and plenty of time whether it is pick up or take out. They stay true to the times quoted.
